Collaborator Release Party
Last year’s Collaborator winner, "CZECH’D OUT PILS" made by Mark Easton and Widmer Brother Brewing, will finally get it’s big release at the Widmer Brothers Gasthaus (located on Russell Street) on August 26, 2014.
Come down to the Widmer Brothers Gasthaus and support your fellow OBC member for a pint or two, between 5:30pm and 7:30pm on August 26th (Tuesday).
Mark's Czech'd Out Pils may be the simplest brewing recipe around. 100% floor malted German Pilsner malt and 100% Czech Saaz hops,pristine Bull Run water and a German Bavarian Lager yeast give this beer its crisp, clean, straightforwardly delicious flavor. Malty but medium-bodied and balanced by hop bitterness and flavor.
