Crossroads Mobile Canning, a mobile canning business located in Keizer, OR, will be offering OBC members an opportunity to have their homebrew put into 16oz cans on July 11, 2015. The cost for members is only $25 per cornelius keg of beer without a label or $40 with a customized label. Five gallons is about 40 16oz cans.
Crossroads Mobile Canning will have its mobile canning machine set up at Hi-Wheel6719 NE 18th, Portland OR 97211, on July 11th (Saturday) from 11am-6pm. In order to participate in this event, you must register at the OBC website. Times are assigned on a first come first served basis and you will be notified of your time slot in an email after you register. There will be limited storage space at Hi-Wheel to store kegs days before. possible) and the amount of beer you intend to bring. Canning times will be assigned in 30 minute per person increments as available.
All beers brought to the event must be fully carbonated and contained in either a corny or sankey type keg. You may bring any beer style that you like, with the exception of: Wild beers, sour beers made with bugs, and kombucha.
