We are very exited to announce that for our first meeting of 2011 we will be joined by the crew over at the Cascade Barrel House! Head Brewmaster, Ron Gansberg, will talk with us about techniques related to sour beer brewing and will be bringing along various samples for us to try.
If you are at all interested in sour beer styles or want to know what the hype is all about, you won't want to miss this meeting!
