What month is it? Elections month! Come to our in-house meeting for our annual Board election and to also vote for your favorite chili!
That’s right, folks, November brings you the
ANNUAL CHILI COOKING CONTEST!
Please let us know if you would like to participate. Power for your Crock-pots, mini-bowls, napkins and eating utensils will be provided as well as shredded cheese, sour cream, corn bread and Fritos.
If you are participating, please bring a serving spoon and sign describing your dish – main ingredients and heat level - but leave your name off of the document. Any type of chili is welcome, chicken, beef, veggie, bean… the sky’s the limit!
There will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. Real, actual, prizes, not ribbons! ☺
If you do not want to bring chili, any yummy dish or side will be welcomed, as always. And beer is a must in order to get those bowls of yummy heat down!
