Big Brew Day is an American Homebrewers Association event where homebrewers share their passion about this craft with others. Brewers bring their equipment, and brew a batch (or two) of beer during the day. They share ideas, stories, beer, food and have a great time!
Oregon Brew Crew is teaming up with F.H. Steinbart and Imperial Yeast. This is a wonderful opportunity for newer and budding brewers to see a myriad of ways to brew!
  
Details:
- F.H.S. will prepare your ingredients. You can call or email in your order a few days before and they will prep it, including milling your grains, and even deliver it if you want. Just don't wait until the last minute to order ingredients! You can also pick up your ingredients the day before or the morning of the event. If they deliver it to Imperial, you can pay onsite. Please don't call in your order on Friday night.
- Imperial Yeast will have hot water so you'll be able to mash in as soon as you set up. Cold water will be available for chilling. Hoses will be at a premium, so bring your own if you have one to ensure yourself of water supply!
- Brewers will get to raid the "Yeast Cooler" and get free yeast for the day's batch! Pick your strain! Imperial Yeast Strains
- Beer!!!! Well, we couldn't have a Big Brew day without beer! Imperial Yeast will have some and of course most brewers will bring some to share our beer. Don't forget to bring a cooler & ice to keep it cold. As always at OBC events, please drink responsibly.
- Food!!!! Club members will be onsite grilling up some meats. Reser's Fine Foods is again donating salads, and there will be other tasty snacks.
- FUN! Yes, we guarantee you'll have a great time!
