Education topic: Kviek Yeast Experiments with Imperial Yeast.
Food: We would like to have food available at this meeting, so we encourage our members to bring some food items for everyone to share. Whether it's homemade or store bought... food is always appreciated!! Don't forget that bringing food to share at a meeting earns Member of the Year Points AND enters you in a raffle for great prizes!!
Set-up and Break-down: For the September meeting, we need some extra help setting up before the meeting (chairs, food tablets, etc) and breaking down after the meeting (putting chairs away, cleaning up food/beer, etc). We will be very light on board members this particular evening due to travel and work schedules. Please arrive between 6 and 6:15 pm to assist in set-up. Remember that participating in either set-up or break-down earns you 5 Member of the Year points!
Beer: Beer is a very important part of these meetings. We wouldn’t have beer without our members. Growler fills and bottled homebrew are highly encouraged as this is a great way to share your beer with your peers and get honest and immediate feedback. Please email your Vice President at jon.campbell@oregonbrewcrew.org so we can plan on having enough beer. Thank you!
