We are starting the year of with a "style night" and will be tasting BJCP Style category 2, Pilsners. Laurelwood Head Brewer, Vasilios Gletsos, will also join us to head up a short discussion of lagering for home brewers. Feel free to bring along some of your own homebrewed or commercial, pilsner style beer.
