Homebrewing with Oregon Water

We will be welcoming our favorite homebrewing water engineer, Mike Szwaya, to our April meeting. Mike will give a presentation about general water chemistry as it relates to homebrewing with a special emphasis on tips for brewing with Oregon's exceptionally soft water. It's not often we get Mike to an OBC meeting these days so please give him a warm welcome. Bring your questions!
