This is your reminder email for tomorrow nights OBC meeting at FH Steinbarts. The doors will open at 7pm and we will be starting the meeting around 7:30-7:45. We will be having two lectures tomorrow night for the education portion of our meeting. The first speaker will be Noel Blake talking about what makes a good Collaborator beer. The second will be from our Education Chair, Aaron Hanson who will be talking about temperature control.
In addition, we are restarting our Style Competition Program in March with American Pale Ale. Several members are bringing their product from the same recipe. How different will they be?
All members that brewed the American Pale recipe and are interested in entering the SCP competition, please bring a bottle and be there by 7pm. We'll check in entries immediately, and get them judged before the business section. HBOY points awarded to judges and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
All Active Members and Guests are invited.
